The good thing about Hills Science Diet Dog Food, it that the main ingredient is chicken. It also contains fruits and veggies. The cool thing about getting this trial bag, is that I spoke with my veterinarian several weeks earlier for my pet's vaccinations and they suggested this brand, because it didn't have so many fillers and would help my dog not be so itchy. I can't say for myself that this is going to cure his itchiness, but I have faith that he will feel better without so much wheat and corn in his diet.
I also spoke with the PetSmart lady and she said that the main ingredients for dogs should be a protein and she also suggested we try this. As long as my dog likes it and I know it's good for him, I will keep buying him Hills Science Dog Food, the Ideal Balance variety.
